At Pangea Catering Event
Planning, we take food safety very seriously. So much so, we
decided to hold in-house food safety courses and workshops on a monthly
basis. After several requests from former employees wanting
to sit in on our workshops for refresher training, Pangea
decided to conduct our food safety training in a more formal
environment and offer it to the greater Phoenix food service community.
This is how Pangea’s Food Safety Boot Camp started.
Pangea’s instructors are
certified by ServsafeŽ and the National Registry of Food Safety
Professionals (NRFSP). Our workshop and testing satisfies the
requirements of Maricopa County for Food Manager Certification.
